Villa Spencer is built on the estate of the Baron of Wykerslooth and in 1982 became the property of the Earl of Althorp, father of the late Princess Diana who is thought to have spent holidays here.
The property is situated in the Village of Le bar sur Loup, a charming and authentic French village, with it’s chateau, small boutique hotels, restaurants and shops. Le Bar sur Loup is a 40 minute drive from Nice Airport, 7 minutes from Chateauneuf, 20 minutes from Valbonne, 20 minutes from Grasse and Saint Paul de Vence, 25 minutes from Mougins and 30 minutes from Cannes.
Villa Spencer is a quiet, immaculate, practical property, with a warm family feeling. It benefits from amazing views and its beautifully landscaped terraced gardens with olive and orange trees.
It is very spacious and has a number of outside and inside spaces that work very well for 2 or 3 families sharing.
